Furniture Indian manufactures and exports furniture globally. Shipping timelines and methods depend on order size, customization, packaging requirements, and destination country.

2. Production Time

• Most products are made-to-order.
• Standard production time: 2–8 weeks (may vary).
• Bulk or highly customized orders may require additional time.

3. Shipping Methods

• Sea Freight (FCL / LCL)
• Air Freight (for urgent shipments)
• Domestic courier / transport services (within India)

4. Delivery Terms

Delivery terms are defined in the Proforma Invoice or agreement and may include:

• FOB (Free On Board)
• CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)
• EXW (Ex Works)
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs depend on:

• Order quantity and weight
• Packaging type
• Destination country
• Shipping method selected

6. Customs & Import Duties

• Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in their country.
• Furniture Indian provides required export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO if applicable).
• We are not responsible for customs delays or port congestion.

7. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

• Force majeure events
• Port congestion
• Government restrictions
• Supply chain disruptions

Furniture Indian is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

8. Inspection & Delivery Confirmation

• Buyers may appoint third-party inspection before shipment.
• Pre-shipment photos and videos can be provided upon request.
• Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
